Operating on an international scale, CERM-EX is widely recognized for its iconic structures, engineering excellence and unparalleled customer service.

Our vision is to achieve sustainable growth, while safeguarding our carefully-built reputation as the market leader in structural steel. By upholding our high standards of professionalism and quality, being customer-focused at all times and taking care of our staff, we can fulfill this vision.

CERM-EX has seen steady growth since its inception in 1970. Our steel fabrication facilities have a combined annual capacity of around 30,000 tonnes of fabricated steelwork and our operatives are working on at least 35 major projects nationwide at any one time.

We have the design, experience and engineering skills to serve a diverse range of market sectors, from education and hospitals to bridges and commercial offices.

You may be surprised to learn that many CERM-EX projects are household names. These include Sabiha Gokcen International Airport, Istanbul TV and Radio Tower, Bursa Timsah Arena Stadium, Gaziantep New Stadium, and Eskisehir New Stadium. We also supply and erect industrial buildings and distribution warehouses.

We approach every project, from the highly technical to basic structural work, with the same level of safety, professionalism, commitment, care and customer service.

We work according to the guiding principles of our founding shareholders and by complying with the high standards set out in our Global Code of Conduct. In particular, we place the safety of those involved in or affected by our operations as our core organisational value, aiming to eliminate all accidents on our projects by 2020. We also take a leading role in driving change across our industry by seeking ways to reduce the effect of our operations on the environment through modernization of traditional construction methods and practices.

In 2018, we started to collect feedback through our first Global Perception Study, which highlighted a need to seek out our clients’ views more regularly and ensure we are listening to, and acting on, perceived requirements.


We have since implemented several initiatives to properly realise these aspirations, including our project-level client feedback process now in place across our project delivery teams.


We have continued to improve the way we conduct, report and respond to this project feedback. This personal and iterative approach supports our clients, our projects and our industry.
